FEES & CANCELATION POLICY: 

 

Please note that I am an out of network provider with a fee for service due at the time of our sessions. I do reserve some spots for sliding scale fees. Please call or email to inquire about my current fee structure and available sliding scale openings.  

 

I am happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance as you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company for our sessions. Do call your insurance provider to find out more about your coverage for therapy.

Please provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation or the session will be charged in full. In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstances this policy will be waived and you will not be charged.

Please also note that the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a separate bundle fee which will be determined with each client based on their need and usage of the program. Please inquire with me directly if you are interested in the SSP program and delivery.
